  1. Pretending to be someone you’re not always backfires.
  2. Friendship, and a blossoming alliance, are best served with plenty of junk food.
  3. Diplomacy mothers and wives are not to be messed with.
  4. Dipmances can be just as wonderful as romances or bromances.
  5. Hold on to those who make you happy…
  6. And forget those who bring you down.
  7. Too much alcohol usually leads to bad decisions.
  8. Never “borrow” a dot from Edi.
  9. Unfortunately, sometimes nice guys come in last place.
  10. Be honest — especially with yourself.
  11. Communication is key.
  12. Remember the start, Winter 1900, is half the battle.
  13. Don?t be afraid to stab.
  14. Nothing is more important than looking after your heart.
