Welcome to the Spring 2013 Retreat issue of the Pouch! We seem to be chugging along! I'm extremely happy that, thanks to help from Chris Babcock and Heath Gardner, we're still on track with our publication schedule for this year. This is, again, a relatively small issue — as Retreat issues often are. But after the long dry spell from mid-2010 through 2011, this is a welcome change, and I hope it will continue. However, we always need your help! Please, submit your own article to editor@diplom.org for the next issue, the Fall 2013 Movement issue at the end of August.
