• SWIFTSURE opens the bidding on the Space Station and gets it for 121 (Mwa, Mi18, Mi17, Re13, Re13, Re12, Re12, Wa6). He then buys a pop to man it (Wa8).
• HDBC VI now buys a Research factory (Or2, Or2, Or4, Wa6, Ti7, Ti9) and transfers pop to man it.
• MMC now opens the Ecoplants and wins it for 30 (Mwa). He then buys a Titanium factory (Mi17, Ti9, Or4) and a pop to man it (Wa5).
• RDC closes out the round by buying a population factor (Wa5, Wa5) and going to full production
